"I want to take this opportunity to thank you once again for the
incredible value InternetCrusade has added to my professional
life as a REALTOR. Responses/leads I received from my web site
in the first six months were limited, until I took the e-PRO course,
which taught me how to maximize my leads and develop them into
sales. I graduated in December, 2001 and my first full year after
achieving my certification brought me approximately 2.5 million
in additional revenue --- and I credit that to the e-PRO course.
This year, I hope to double that amount of internet business."

When I started I had serious doubt how much I
could learn from this course, since I consider myself pretty computer
savvy. I learned quickly that the more you know, the more you
realize how little you know! I have learned a lot and will go
over the material again, to retain what I have learned. I will
recommend this course to other agents (or maybe not--it'll give
me the edge :-))

In my previous life, I was a high-level administrative
professional. In that capacity, I had the benefit of learning
to use the latest and greatest in both software and hardware.
When I started the ePro course, I felt I had an advantage over
many of the other agents who didn't have the experience I did
with technology. Boy, was I in for a surprise. While I still feel
I'm ahead of many of my colleagues, I have learned so much from
taking this course. Thanks to Saul & John for putting together
a challenging and informative lesson plan. I'm ready to begin
rethinking my technology needs and changing my website to install
all the things I've learned from this course. Onward & Upward!

I believe that e-Pro creates a 'proficiency level' in us. One
that stands out from the other Realtors on the web.
There are many agents who believe that just having
a website, a PDA, sending e-mail (sloppily written), etc. are
going to increase their bottom line. They are wrong.
e-Pro has opened my eyes to a greater understanding
of what the Internet is about. I have a better idea about what
the online consumer is looking for in an online business, whether
it's products or services.
Since e-Pro has taught me how to communicate more
effectively, I have seen a greater increase in my business. My
online conversion rate is up. Even when I receive calls from newspaper
ads on my properties, I encourage the convenience of e-mail to
the caller. Once the e-mail dialog has begun, I am able to solidify
the relationship quickly online. I think, much better than I ever
was able to do offline! :)
e-Pro Realtors come across as more confident and
professional online and offline when meeting prospects.
I took the original e-Pro course, right after
the first 500. I thought it was great then. The latest version
is better, and I look forward to the future Modules yet to come.

After being a Real Estate veteran for 13 years
and taking every course that was available to me I thought I knew
it all. I must now admit how wrong I am!! e-Pro is a real eye
opener in teaching us what we really don't know and what we need
to know to stay alive in today's world of swiftly increasing technology.
Thanks e-Pro for a well designed course! I have benefited greatly.

I will use the knowledge I have gained from the-Pro
course to further my real estate new home sales career. I will
now be able to market myself on the internet to customers surfing
for new homes in Portland, Texas through email, website and digital
imagery. I can glean information through Listserv from fellow
real estate professionals and expand my horizons in real estate
and new home sales. I will also experience an increased income
through my expanded marketing skills learned in this course. I
highly recommend this course to all real estate professionals
doing business in this 21 century!

Consumers are using the internet first so you better be there
and know how to be in the right places. When they go to your web
site, you want it to contain the info they need. The course helps
you learn how to do that. The e-PRO course stopped me from going
out and buying things I really didn't need, that I thought I did
before the course, technology wise. I now am working on my new
web site that I think will be just what the consumer wants, thanks
to the knowledge I gained from the course. Referrals also are
working, I referred an e-PRO savvy agent a seller about a month
ago and this week I should be receiving a referral check. My buyer
client was impressed with my way of doing business on the internet
and really appreciated me referring him to someone in his area
who was also tech savvy. And let's not forget the great ideas,
support system and everything you get from being a member of RealTalk
and the e-PRO module listservs. So I guess the networking issue
is also great. Now, why wouldn't someone take the course???

At first I was rather intimidated to start the
program. First I want to thank Ian Parker at InternetCrusade for
helping me get started. After I got started and got more involved
into the program, it was like reading a "Good Book". I just didn't
want to stop.
I have learned so much and I look forward to implementing
a Personal Technology Plan of Action and purchasing some of these
great tech. tools for my business.

This has been a great experience for me. I have
been an agent for 14 years and am currently using most of the
technology that is discussed in the e-pro class. But I still learned
a lot. I've been enjoying reading all the RealTalk e-mails, and
saving all the relevant ones.
My knowledge has always been just on the surface.
I know how to do certain things, but not how or why they worked
until e-Pro. Also it is great reading all the discussions from
agents across the country.

What an experience!!!
When I started the ePro course my colleagues said,
"why are you taking this course you know so much about technology."
That's what I thought too, but I did find out that I did not know
that much after all.
ePro is great and it is a must for all agents
if they want to remain a successful Realtor.
I am looking forward to work on my web site and
implement what I learned.
Thanks to everyone at ePro.

I just completed most of the e-PRO course online.
I was impressed to learn all of this technology information in
one place. It helped combine all of my previous knowledge from
my other classes, what my broker has taught me and what I've learned
from fellow coworkers. I feel that most of what I have to setup
for my technology plan is inexpensive, but will bring me great
rewards. I am at the stage of my real estate business where I
need referrals from anywhere I can get them. the internet, especially
well-used email will be a great help to me. I would highly recommend
this e-PRO course to everyone in the real estate industry!

I had a preliminary meeting with a prospective new client last
night who has a little house to sell and will be buying a bigger
home. He said he selected me because of the e-PRO certification!
He reviewed all the available designations on REALTOR.com and
felt that the e-Pro was the most important credential, and narrowed
his search for agents to only those with the e-PRO. How nice to
see the public taking notice!

The e-PRO online course has been a real eye opener
for me as I thought I knew so much due to the fact that I use
email and websites everyday and have been a REALTOR for 18 years.
I do know that many times I have felt somewhat intimidated by
all the quickly changing technology as the younger agents in our
office just whiz through all the changes that happen and new software
that seems to appear each week. I would recommend this course
to all REALTORS and I look forward to using all I have learned.

Hello All You Great Folks! I just had to add my accolades and
appreciation to all those who contributed to the e-PRO program.
In my 30 plus years in the real estate business, this was the
best, most informative, well presented course I have had the privilege
to take and I am extremely proud to have earned the designation
e-PRO. I tell my associates at the office that I even wear my
pin on my pjs and I think there are some who believe it! So here's
another satisfied e-PRO graduate, thank you for a job well done!
Warm thoughts and with a smile
Audrey
F. Whitstone - ePRO
To think eight years ago I purchased my first
computer and learned the basics of e-mailing to family that was
on temporary assignment in Italy. Six years ago I became a Realtor
and started using minimum technology for searching listings. My
hunger has increased rapidly and I have tried to gobble up so
much so fast that I wasted many dollars on useless programs (to
me) and seminars. If I had started with a course like e-PRO six
years ago (which wasn't available) I would be so much further
ahead in time and money. Thanks to this course I now feel I can
settle into a relaxing mind-set and make life easy. The down-side
is frustration with my peers that are not getting on board with
technology. I guess I can live with that, as we always do, and
use my knowledge for my benefit. I'll look forward to listservs,
both reading and posting in the future

Well,
I can tell you that it was worth the wait! :-)
I so enjoyed the ePRO course and can hardly wait
to get started designing a new Web Site with all the whistles
and bells attached to it.
I have learned so much. Now just implementing
all of these ideas. What a challenge!
I did have to kid them about the 2 1/2 inch ring
binder they said to have on hand for keeping your materials. A
foot high later of information supplied by this wonderful group,
the ring binder flew out the door and became slash pockets and
pocket folders.
I have about 19 new categories of folders in my
"Favorites" and I cannot tell you how many more folders in Outlook.
What a challenge. About 2 sessions of the course
I decided that if I didn't get organized on the front end with
all of the information they pushed out that I would have a filing
nightmare on the back end and would not be able to put my fingertips
on it. Now, I want to go back through at my leisure.
I truly should have made 100% on my final instead
of 98% but we had a computer hiccup and it threw a question that
was never on the last section of testing. I'd love to be on the
other end and watch them scratch their heads on that one.
John, finally gave me the name of "eagle eye",
because everytime I found a glitch I e-mailed him. But, my feeling
is if this is being put on the street, it needs to be as perfect
as possible.
Andy, I loved it. These gentlemen are wonderful.
They have done a superb job. What a blessing that NAR has brought
them on line for us. So, if you see them at convention, just tell
them that this lady from ARkansas thinks they're wonderful and
thank them for me in person.
Maybe, by next year David and I can go to the
"Big" Convention!
I appreciate you and thank you for everything
you do for all of us.

Hello all. I just finished the entire class and
passed the final exam :-) I just want to say that I *thought*
I was pretty e-mail and Internet savvy. Boy was I wrong. I am
really excited to start implementing my plan, and will keep you
all posted as to how I'm doing, what works for me, and what does
not.
Thanks so much do the designers of the class -
I thought it was terrific.

I would like to say how much I enjoy this course!
FYI: my job is as a licensed real estate assistant to 4 agents
in my office. Part of my duties are to help & configure their
computer technology. I am learning so much more from this course
and the agents are very complimentative on the new ideas I have
brought to the office. We have already implemented some of them
:-) However, after completion of this course, I can see a lot
more items to implement on my to-do list;-)

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. It brought a
lot of things into perspective for me, and sparked me to concentrate
on an area that I already knew could be a strength for me. As
far as I know, I will be the only agent in my county to have the
e-PRO designation, and I am one of the few to have my own web
site with my own domain. If others do, they do not market it,
and they do not concentrate on keeping their web sites up to date.
I feel like my site is a big strength for my marketing, and the
course helped me to learn how to best utilize my site, email,
and even Top Producer. I have received a great response from sending
out questionnaires from my Guest Book, even people who signed
it a month ago. Now, to just turn them in to leads. ** I have
been an internet junkie for five years now, and I wonder if that
helped me to fly through this course. Some of it was review, but
all of it was helpful. Thanks Internet Crusade!!!

I have just finished Module 2, Section 3 last
night and I will state that I am impressed with the information
contained in the epro course so far. When I started Module 2,
I was thinking, "its going to be boring learning about email."
It has been anything but. I have a whole new appreciation for
email and your information has churned my creative juices to a
whole new world of possibilities for doing real estate marketing.
In fact, I have decided to purchase my own web and email server
so that I can have complete control and do what I want. First
thing this morning I called my hosting company and instructed
them to change my email address to reflect my personal domain,
(I just never thought of it).
Again, thanks for an excellent program.

I'm self-taught in the technology arena ... meaning
that there are great gaps in my knowledge and understanding, in
spite of my out-of-industry hiatus as Director of New Media for
the CBS Channel 11 station here in Dallas/Fort Worth). Although
I find myself teaching colleagues on the use of email in marketing
(a six part series), I admit to being rocked back on my heels
by your e-Pro curriculum (I WAS trying to do it quickly, I admit,
somewhat contritely now). Congratulations! Great job! Thank you
for your efforts in bringing a recalcitrant industry into the
21st century. Finally, I'm beginning to see people who care about
using technology to make our industry modern. How can I help?
Best wishes ...

I think it was a great course. The concept of
needing to actually know the information to determine the answer
is terrific. It was a concept used when I was an instructor for
the distance learning Air National Guard Non Commissioned Officer
Professional Military Education course. It was a concept that
developed the student and didn't cause then to just be able to
remember the material. They had to actually be able to determine
the answer from knowing the material. It developed some very good
supervisors and NCOs.

I must say that I was somewhat surprised at the
content of the e-PRO Course. I have had quite a bit of computer
experience before I started the Course so my expectations were
low that I would learn any thing that would really help me. I
say this since I have already built my own website using HTML
and not just "cut & paste" a "web page" together from a template.
What I did learn was the importance of using your
email as a major marketing tool. Yes I've used my email before
but not like I'm about to. Email IS going to be the major portion
of my contact with customers from now on.
Thank you for such a great course.

e-PRO Program Course Comments from
Internet Technology Specialists
I recently "migrated" from the I/T industry; I
can't imagine life without e-mail & the web.
I learned about e-PRO during my first week in
Real Estate. I promised myself that I would postpone the development
of a website until after I could complete the e-PRO coursework,
and I'm very glad that I made myself the promise. The course is
very informative and, in my opinion, laser-accurate with regard
to the changes that are occurring in Real Estate industry.
Thank you for your participation in my education.

As a person with 10 years of previous IT background,
I started e-PRO with the attitude that it would just be a refresher
of items that I had already seen, done, or heard about. From the
first, I knew that this course would be something special.
It was geared toward technology, but in more of
a marketing sense, how to take that technology and use it to prosper
in the real estate industry.
I have learned a lot of good information and will
be putting it to good use.

I'm getting ready to complete my e-PRO course
and I have to say that I thought I was quite knowledgeable about
the internet, e-mail and web sites. What a surprise. I am re-motivated
to improve my business now more than ever. I continue to work
full time at a hospital, while slowly building my real estate
clientele. Just an FYI, I was a medical transcription service
owner for 20 years before I did the mid-life crisis thing and
decided to finally get my real estate license.

I am in the very last stage of completing my e-pro
course. I have to say that I am pleased with the content and the
easy-to-use layout. I wasn't' sure what to expect, but I am impressed
with the feedback that I have read on the listserv. I would like
to contribute my expertise with Microsoft Access. If any should
have any questions regarding Microsoft Access programming or development,
feel free to ask. I have worked with Access for over 12 years
and I would be more than happy to help anyone with any MS Access
issues.

I have a background in computer software and am
new to the Real Estate profession. I have found this course to
be very informative with respect to technology planning for my
business. Even though I am familiar with most of the technology
I learned about many valuable tools that I can implement.

I've just completed my final assignment and have
the hurdle of completing the final exam before getting certified.
I've spoken highly of this course to everyone in my office and
am eager to begin spending the time I've been spending on this
course on designing a web site according to the principles learned
in this course. I'd like to add: I was a Director of Engineering
for a software company for fifteen years and am just beginning
my third year as a realtor. Even given my heavy tech background,
I found the information in this class very useful and learned
a lot.
Michael
Brown
I have learned a great deal from this course.
I have always been fairly proficient in technology and didn't
feel like I would get anything out of this course. I assumed it
would be a basic course and not teach me anything new. Well, I
was wrong. I will admit that 80% of the course was on things that
I already felt fairly comfortable with. However, the other 20%
covered things that I truly enjoyed learning about. I now feel
very good about my decision to take this course.
Chris
Mattix
When I discovered what the e-Pro designation was
about I decided it would be a good title to have. My friends and
co-workers viewed me as a "techie" and I thought my Internet knowledge
was very above average. WAS I WRONG! This course has been the
best of more than 17 years of continuing education. It is easy
to follow and designed for the novice to the advanced learner.
The knowledge I have gained here has changed many aspects of my
business. I have increased web site traffic tri-fold by applying
a few techniques learned here. I now have a precise technology
business plan needed to keep up with today's Internet savvy clientele.
I am proud to have this designation and will put it to good use.
The RT forums are the greatest learning source and have become
a part of my everyday life. Much to the 3 Amigos delight I think
I have the text vs. html worked out! I look forward to posting
often and becoming a contributing force in this wonderful group.
